First Quarter Inservices is in Full Swing

Inservice Training at SelectCare

Led by Director of Nursing, Janet Stofkoper, all Home Health Aides are required to attend 12 hours of continuing education per year.  During the First Quarter, Janet reviews Infection Control, Safety in the Home and Emergency and Disaster Planning.  Continuous training and practice ensures that our staff is well prepared for any contingency!

Then, we start looking for the right person to assist you.

A personalized plan of care is developed. This plan lists your specific needs and requirements, the type of health care professionals we will be providing, their duties and responsibilities and work schedules.

A Registered Nurse will be out the day service begins to make sure everything is going as you expected.
